I read some of these posts so decided to share my experience. I had an inground pool put in and needed it to be filled asap. Nicole was friendly and helped set up a time that suited me, which was asap. Todd the delivery guy was very respectful and on time. He did not damage anything, mind you my pool was 75ft from the curb and there was construction equipment everywhere. I would never hesitate to hire them again.

Would never use again! Completely DISORGANIZED. We ordered water from them back in April/May. My husband left money under the mat for the delivery guy who never took it. A woman called my husband in which he told her the guy never took the money from the mat and proceeded to say how the delivery guy was a "d* bag." On the slip left by the delivery man, it said the office would bill us as confirmed by the woman who called.

We NEVER received a bill/invoice. My husband emailed the company x3 about sending an invoice/payment in which we did NOT receive a reply. (We have the emails and the original invoice). Tonight some rude man named Todd called my husband threatening to sue him and stated he has been "calling" my husband. My husband does not answer numbers he does not know and Todd alleged that he called multiple times.

No message was left until tonight. My husband paid him because our intention was never not to pay them; however I wish he didn't and that rude man took us to court as we have all the receipts. STAY AWAY!

Todd (owner) and office staff during a call to confirm logistics, schedule, etc.after 2 trucks were delivered, I was told that they would not be delivering the additional 2 trucks I ordered.first they said the street was too narrow, then they exceeded DOT hours for their drivers, then one of their drivers had an appointment.the owner is extremely rude and condescending.said to just put my hose in the pool and it will fill up just as fast.

I explained that I was on a well, water pressure was weak, and the plaster required water to cure properly.delivery men were courteous and efficient, Todd could clearly learn a thing or two from them!.if you are looking for a reliable source of water trucked to your house, look elsewhere or be ready for a hassle.

I've been lucky enough to use this service twice. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. I think Todd and his team are awesome! Definitely will call again! I highly recommend for pool water delivery!

Not sure how anyone could give any negative feedback about this company. We spent a fortune to have our coping, tile, and plaster done by a company who recommended Aqua Duck bc the pool could not be filled with a garden hose after plastering. Nicole was so flexible with our scheduling, especially since we had to change twice because the plastering company kept changing their schedule on us.

They came the day after our plaster was done and filled our pool. The driver was an awesome down to earth guy and helped me get my pump and filter running right away. Would give more than 5 stars if google let me! Thanks so much Aqua Duck!

Blocked the middle of the road. Terrible person running the truck. Truck number is 184. License plate was PT-9306X. Happened May 17th 2021 at 1:45pm.

If there we're 10 stars I would rate Aqua-Ducks off the charts! Our pool installation moved and shifted due to challenges surrounding business operations in the pool industry. I reached out to Aqua-Ducks at the las minute When we realized it could take days to fill our pool with hoses. When the day arrived and the pool was ready for water it happened to be the same day we were hit with Tropical Storm Isaias!

The AquaDuck team delivered in the pouring, torrential rain! Their service was above exceptional and they went above and beyond to deliver. When the sun came out later in the day, my husband and I could not believe that we had a filled pooI! We were knee deep in mud from the storm (nothing to do with AquaDucks) but didn't care about the clean up. We had just hoped the driver Troy made it back safe.

Thank you Troy for your dedication and Nicole for answering my multiple texts! My husband and felt terrible about the weather conditions and we cannot even put into words how appreciative we were. Thank you!

Chuck (driver) and Nicole (office) did a fantastic job getting me setup with a water delivery. This is how I will do it going forward. No more waiting for days to fill the pool with a hose! Reasonable rates and professional service! Good work!

Fast scheduled service within a few days of my order the pool was filled and I am readying it for use. Excellent communications via iPhone and messenger let me know exactly when he would arrive. Great pool water resource!

Will never ever use them again. My father in law has Parkinson's and we ordered water. We tried our best to build the pool. I guess the liner was a bit short i guess and when they began to put the water in the liner came out so they had to stop. They still charged $350 even though we did not get the water and said if wanted them to come back out would be another $350. Way to treat someone with a disability. Please stay far away from these people.

I called Aqua Duck yesterday around 5 to inquire about delivery for my pool we just did an extensive repair and paint job on our pool. My pool is filled in less than 24 hrs. They are the best
