Anderson Custom Pools

Anderson Custom Pools helped us with a major renovation of our pool this summer, and it looks BEAUTIFUL. We had new waterline tile installed, remove & reset coping, rock wall tuck-pointing, and general repairs & cleaning of the plaster. The team did an amazing job! Customer service is extremely responsive. Keith Anderson and Jeremy are both excellent to work with and highly knowledgeable in the industry. I had zero understanding on operating a home pool and Anderson has been thorough, professional, and quick to answer and resolve all my questions. My pool was cloudy right before a family party and I had someone out to my house to resolve the issue that day. Might I also add, Anderson Custom Pool had kept me as a customer updated through the whole Covid crisis as to when and how they would be servicing at my home.

Very responsive. Fixed my skimmer leak with a new skimmer and more importantly the required masonry work on my custom pool. Work was completed very quickly considering it is the last week of summer.

Keith and his crews bend over backwards to keep our pool in top shape. Even when it's my own fault, Keith is patient, caring and gets the issue fixed. Anderson Custom Pools takes the stress and worry out of pool ownership. I would only recommend them!

I called and left voicemail messages five times for Keith Anderson, only because he was recommended to me by an acquaintance. The least I was expecting is to have this company call me back. Maybe he's a good pool builder, but he shows zero professionalism.
