I like this store. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. It's one pool place that actually works, all the others I called didn't seem to want to work or even drive it to me. Driving in the country, 17 miles is just too far. I drove through the country and the city that 17 miles and have you my business multiple times. I hate one way relationships. I had a boyfriend like that once. Now he gets nothing from me either.

Being a first time pool owner with no idea of what to do for monthly maintenance I walked in a little clueless. They were very courteous and super helpful and got us all squared away with a game plan. I go in monthly to check the water and make adjustments from that and they're always nice, helpful, and fast!

Prices are reasonable. I really don't like to do business with people who act like they know it all and are critical of other suppliers products and advice. They are convienant as far as location but I will probably drive the extra miles to Griffin in the future in order to avoid the arrogance. Griffin installed my new pool a week after we ordered it and American had a 2 month or better wait.
