This company is excellent and top notch! Connor was wonderful in walking us through the process (handled all our paperwork, and implementing of the pool process.) The construction team was excellent and professional, and Will was so thorough with cleaning and explaining how to maintain the pool! This company is wonderful to work with, and they stand behind their product! Definitely recommend!

Rory came out and gave us very realistic time frames and options. We had a budget and were pretty much on budget. He was available when we had questions and very helpful during the process. The guys who came out for the install were great. I can not say how impressed I was with the guys who did this work. Compared to doing a standard poll construction we were all done in a matter of about 6 weeks start to finish.

Our hold was just the weather due to rain but we had the hole dug and pool filled with water in a week. Past that it's been great and we have enjoyed it each night and weekends.

I have nothing but good things to say about American Fiberglass Pool. From the office to the backyard they are professional, honest, and courteous. When the crew came to dig and set the pool they were very efficient, they didn't mind answering any and all questions I am we had. They were in and out in a matter of 3 1/2 days. They were also very clean.

They made sure everything was properly put everything away and all trash was gathered before they left each nigh which is a big deal for m. I am very happy we went with American Fiberglass Pools me an my family will be having fun in the sun in our beautiful pool for years to com. Thanks, Guys

When my hot Tub needed a new Pump, Rory Stringer ( Owner of American Pools) was recommended by my local Pool Supply Store. I called Rory and he came out the next Day. Within10 minutes he was on his Phone ordering a new Pump. He told me he does not mark up the Price on his Parts. His Labor charge was very Fair. The Part came in, he installed the Pump, and with labor total was $487.00 I live in Lufkin, Texas.

I called Johnson Pools and they were going to charge me over $1000.00. Rory is Honest, and I highly recommend him for Hot Tub or Pool Repairs. Thanks Rory for saving me over $500.00. P.S. Johnson Pools in Lufkin, was only going to give me a 90 Day Warranty on the Part/Pump. Rory Gave me a 1 Year Warranty.

These folks are very professional! From the office to your yard they take care of your needs and wants. Of course I got a beautiful pool but beyond that they left my yard and fence in great shape - that's a big deal to me. In short order I had a great pool with a really nice deck and look forward to swimming all summer long! Thanks guys!

Wayne drove from Houston to DFW to meet with us during the sales process and stayed in touch with us through the entire construction of our pool. He created the backyard oasis that we have always wanted. Wayne and American Fiberglass Pools earn an A+ from us. One year later and are still in love with our pool. They are great to work with!

Beware and read your contract. When referencing concerns about a pool floating up during repairs, which he admits that it has happened to him, Wayne's blog states "always hire an insured pool professional" Wayne's contract states "if your pool floats up he will not assume responsibility" Wayne sat at my kitchen table and told me directly that he would not be responsible if my pool floated up.

He also took the paperwork/contract, that I was reading, from my hands and said if this is a deal breaker then we're done here. He said the Marriott had no problems with his contract. I just want you to be aware. He protects himself through his contracts and wants nothing to do with protecting you and your equipment. He says 25 year warranty but you'll find through reading carefully that it's a 1 year warranty.

After that, for warrantable repairs materials will be providedbut labor will not be included. Ask him a lot of questions. Get a good feel for who'll you'll be spending your money on.

I just want to say how awesome and professional everyone was regarding the work done to my pool. I had the entire pool resurfaced with fiberglass and they also fixed a few mechanical things. Everyone was very easy to reach by phone, the ladies in the office were very friendly and polite. The work was done on time as agreed with weather permitting. There were no hidden meanings or cost in any of my conversations. They were right on target with everything discussed.
