Our family has thought about a new pool for years and just haven't made the jump. We were referred to Elite pools by a friend. Let me say this, WE COULDNT BE HAPPIER we chose them. Scott He's totally dishonest he's showing you a pool design he physically didn't dream draw or do He can't build it himself and your at the mercy of his subs. Ask for a lifetime structure warranty and records of that honored! Ask for a contractor who stands behind his original price! Ask for a professional and a designer not a slick salesman with countless business name changes and desperation in his explanation for doing so!

Question his Scott smart pool, then run from it! Call bs when he calls the Polaris a plaster polisher! And he will! Ask why a paramount infloor cleaning system isn't included nor why can't he provide. Ask about electric charges why your pools not smartphone controlled? Rock clause why what is it? ADDENDUMS are for bad builders and will always cost you the client! Are they optional bc normal Lee's bidding requires a contractors bid a legal binding agreement and loss is his responsibility!

Make certain all plans permits and approval by a city utility company or POA are done not just overlooked! Ask where is one call where are my utilities! Whose paying to run my my gas line to my 5k fire feature or heater? Scott sure isn't! When the pools on top of your water departments easement, or if your upscale neighborhood has a upland riparian bird green space if your one inch into the easement you the homeowner will pay A pool is done correct or your getting a problem that will degrade your property, your bank and your life!

There's no ok pool it's love or hate Any questions please contact me If you were taken you have rights I don't work for anyone but clients and myself, Scott's purposely lies to me for 5 weeks to steal designs from his competition I've got his contract His prices His guarantee His story for changing business names 3-4 times I've got him lying to police Snake in the grass!

I have been doing business with Elite/Aloha for 20 years. Scott and Don provide a level of service is outstanding. I have referred alot of friends and family and have never had anyone that regretted using them. Their design work is incredible, my wife and I were blown away with what they did. If your considering a pool they are the guys!

I've got a hole in my yard with rebar and dirty water. It's been this way for 6 months. They had a fraud selling jobs for them, they took my money and now Scott wants no part of fixing the situation. I've called multiple times and he has promised he would come out and address our issue, but he never shows up. I've postponed writing a bad review several times trying to give them a chance to correct the situation, they have no desire to do that. I have seen good jobs they have done, but if something goes wrong it's easiest for Scott just to walk away and not answer his phone.

We went in to talk about putting in a new pool. First impression. Is this place closed down? It was so run down and dirty j was surprised to find it was an office. The salesman we talked to was so busy trying to push his own product that he wouldn't even consider what we were trying to tell him we wanted. He just kept telling us how expensive and wrong it would be, oh but check out this cheap liner pool we get comission from.

He lied about pricing and regulations to convince us we were wrong. We ended up leaving with a vague promise he would "email is stuff". We never heard from him but found a reputable contractor to do exactly what we wanted for pretty much the same price as what he was trying to sell us. Would never recommend this place.

I would not recommend this company to build your pool. We have been lied to so many times in the process. They may have been in business for years but do not seem to know the process of putting in a pool. They jump from job to job making the process take months. You call to see where they are because you were told workers would be out. They don't know where they are!

Then came across a lady that talked with Jim to get her pool fixed and they took her money and didn't complete the job. I have never in my life seen anything like this business.
