Redid the large back yard pavers golf green and brick. Very professional crew. Mgr missed the drainage but owner came and approved this part for free. Crew organized and clean. Completed work on schedule.

Recommended to all. Special instructions to activate my Ring doorbell, just to verify pool service was performed and was always on time. Any issues that came up (bad pool pump), I would text and Phil always made it a point to stop by, if not that day, the next day and always relaid the issues and corrections. Pool was always clean even if I forgot to take off the cover or after the fires when ash clogged up the filter.

They handled it. Pool services by other contractors are always great in the beginning but no shows are frequent after some time, but not Aloha. Friendly, knowledgeable, clean and more than a bargain. $100+ just in chemicals to do it yourself not counting your time. Best pool guys I've ever used!

I started the process in March of 2020 by getting quotes from 11 different pool companies within the area. Most had a great pitch, some never showed and one highly recognized company lost my email in the junk folder. Mark was just a straight up honest guy that told it like it is and didn't sell me fluff. Fortunately I wasn't in a rush with the Corona buyers so I had flexibility and time.

Price - His price was comparable to the majority of other quotes. You get what you pay for. My learned lesson is to beware of builders that are too cheap or way over priced. Communication - Absolutely top notch! He always had me plugged into the building phase. Whenever I had a question, he always replied In 10-15 minutes. Work - Also top notch! From start to finish his crew did a great job.

Any concerns that I had were immediately addressed. Suppliers - Although Aloha does have a preferred supplier, talk with Mark and let him know if you already have another supply company in mind. They worked with us and our preference. Payment - NO DOWN PAYMENT AT ALL! Our first payment was only after the completion of phase 1 and with our approval. From what I came to understand, some companies ask for an upfront down payment, in reality this is to fund other projects and it's not going to your build.

I'll start with this. I did not hire Aloha Pools for my project. They were professional, prompt, and provided a great design for my small yard. I chose to sign a contract based more on overall cost and familiarity with another company. Initially called to get a bid. Met in person and described what I was looking for. They delivered an excellent design that was was a more creative use of space than most other companies.

Their overall design included lots of retaining walls and landscaping that was not included in the contest price but would have made for a lovely backyard oasis. They were timely in response to my initial communication and delivered the design earlier than promised. Ultimately, I decided on a company I'd done work with before but I know Aloha would have been a great company to select as well. 5-stars - I couldn't go there just based on contract price being a little higher than the competition and we ultimately got our dream pool for about $8000 less than what Aloha was charging. Again, I'm sure the value is there as they delivered at every interaction.

I wanted to add my review to give a long term perspective on Mark's work. Mark built my pool about 6 years ago. He was professional, and friendly. He followed through on all promises, and built the pool of our dreams. Our slide and rock work still looks great even after years of use and weather exposure and our equipment still runs perfectly. You won't regret using Aloha pools!

Mark must have his friends fill out positive reviews for him. I strongly advise any potential home owner looking to add a pool to their home, that if you hire Mark, make sure you do not pay him until the job is complete. He will 2 face you, be your friend and provide excellent customer service to build trust. He's fake. Do not pay him until the job is complete, or you pay him way less than what he wants.

His so called "team" never finished the job. I needed things fixed and he will put it off on his "team", because he needs to focus on making more money elsewhere. The customer service will stop if you pay him before completion. Pretty jacked up. He's no different from all the other fake contractors. Youtube video coming up

Mark and his team spit coronavirus coming out of their mouths. Nothing but lies. These guys will tell you one thing and do the opposite. They are very incompetent, inept and incoherent. Do not pay Mark until the job is complete. He makes enough money screwing people over that he can afford to pay his team of lazy goons. If you make the mistake that i did and pay him up front in increments, you'll get screwed over. The incompetence is overwhelming. Make sure you get everything in writing. Make sure you have an attorney overlook the docs before you sign anything. This company sucks

Mark and his team just completed our pool in Temecula and we could not be happier! After meeting with almost a dozen other recommended companies, we decided to have our pool project taken on by Aloha. The knowledge, professionalism, customer service and just overall quality of work throughout the entire process was amazing. I could write forever about how painless Mark and his team made this entire process for us. I would recommend Aloha pools to anyone who is interested in transforming their pool dreams into a reality. Our pool was completed on time. Our pool was completed in line with our budget. Our pool was completed in line with our expectations. There were concerns that were addressed expeditiously, gracefully and without fuss. Mark treated us with respect from beginning to end. We never felt any concern was too small, trivial or annoying to Mark. The contractors that work with Mark show up when they are supposed to and get the job done and are respectful and easy to reach with questions.

While putting in a pool is a huge job having a team that is customer service oriented, that believes that this is single hand-idly the biggest financial decision next to your homes actual purchase, and that as a result your questions are relevant, warranted and should be addressed completely cannot be underrated. At the end of the day I was very pleased with Aloha and I would recommend them to a friend, and I have.

It took me a year and several pool guys before finding this company. Phil has been awesome at maintaining our pool. He is always on time, very curtious and explains everything when necessary. I would highly recommend everyone to use this company.

This review is long overdue. Mark and his team at Aloha did a fantastic job building our pool in 2015. Pool was built in a couple months. No issues in the last 4 years! My son really enjoys the slide! Hint to homebuyers: call them in the offseason (winter) for faster turnaround and construction.

First part of the year 2018 Aloha Pool & Design finished up my pool and Jacuzzi before summer. This was great. They met their timeline and I was happy with the process. First off Mark listened to what I wanted and gave good feedback of what i wanted feedback on for the design. I feel they came back with a good proposal. I reached out to four other companies to get competitive designs and pricing.

When the process started Mark was quick with the communication and answering my questions all through the process. he was proactive in telling me whcih contractors will come out and do what. If they couldn't make it he let me know. I really appreciated being informed every step of the way. Also, there were some changes during the process and he was very reasonable and gave me a heads up before hand what he can change and what he would have to charge me for.

I live in a new community and one of my nieghbors started before I did and mine was finished before his. Also, another big item was that doing my research I was confused if I shoud go with a salt water pool or OZone. Ozone was talked up by some companies staying it's muc healthier. Speaking to Mark and Mike who does the finishing touches discussed that in their oppinion OZone isn't their yet. Looking on youtube and reading articles I wasn't hesitant but took their word. I'm glad I did. My nieghbors that put in Ozone still use chlorine tablets. OZone seems to be a bit of BS, at this stage.

I have to give it up to Mark and the crew. We had a very strict deadline. Now, here we are filling up our pool at only 5 weeks. Quality has been excellent. Response to questions, requests, any changes have been immediate. I met with 5 pool companies in the area. Aloha stood out with me. Pricing is super fair and accurate. Only surprise was an extra day of digging due to granite rock layer in my soil. Can't wait to start her up!

My pool is the best ever. It's not even a pool! It's a pool and Jacuzzi in one! It is stunning. It has created my regular backyard to look like an oasis :-Extremely great customer service, artistic designs, I highly recommend.

If you're looking for an honest and reputable pool company, Aloha Pools is the way to go. From the very beginning Mark made us feel comfortable and at ease. He didn't try to up-sell us on anything. He worked within our budget and made some suggestions that we would never have thought of. The build went smoother than I'd ever expected. They're like a well oiled machine. Everyone knows their jobs and they do them well. Our pool was completed in 7 weeks. A week before the deadline! Thank you so much Mark and Aloha Pools!

The whole process went without a hitch. Mark worked up a great design and stayed in budget and on time. The pool is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with how the whole project went.

Where do I start? This is one of those times I really wish I could give more stars than 5! I was nervous about building a pool. I thought the undertaking of a construction project this large would be stressful. Especially after the first couple estimates I had- contractors not showing up on time or even at all, contractors not getting back to me at all after coming out to estimate, etc. Thankfully at that point a friend referred me to Aloha.

The owner, Mark, personally came out to do the estimate. By the next day he had emailed me the quote and the rough design. We immediately decided to choose Aloha based on Mark's professionalism, courtesy, and cost, which was very reasonable. From that point on it was smooth sailing. Some of the things that made the experience so great were: -Everything happened when Mark said it would happen.

Either he or his workers showed up when they said they would- no waiting around for anyone! -The price was the price from the beginning. Other than if you choose to upgrade or add extra stonework, nothing in the price changed. No bait and switch, at all. -His work is GORGEOUS. His portfolio is impressive and I will attach a picture of my completed pool. -All of the workers sent to my house were equally courteous, professional, friendly, hardworking, and great at what they do. -Mark is extremely knowledgeable, and uses only top notch, newest technology, on all materials, supplies, equipment, etc.

I frequently had questions and concerns regarding the process, the safety, the materials, etc. he always explained things very thoroughly and set my mind at ease. I love supporting locally owned family businesses, especially when they are as experienced and high quality as Aloha is. You know you are getting the very best pool available when you use this company. I'm grateful we found them!

I called to inquire with aloha for a pool quote. I had previously worked with this company and had a great experience with them in building our fire pit. I inquired on August 8 for an appointment. Aug 10 I received a response. Their first appointment was not until September. I agreed. 9/20 came around and no one showed up for the appointment! 2 hours after the appointment time, I sent a follow up email in regards to missing the appointment.

A few hours later I received a response on the error with apologies. Although I understand errors happen, if you can't schedule and keep an appointment correctly, how are you going to be able to build my pool in a timely manner? Needless to say I am disappointed!

We bought a home that had a pool that Aloha had put in two years prior to us buying the house. Anytime I had questions about how to open or close the pool they were so good about trying to answer my questions. Whenever I had to go into the store for products or parts, I always received great service. Everyone has always been friendly and willing to help rather it be on the phone or in the store. Keep up the good work!

So much goes into building a pool. Mark and his team are A1 5 Stars! He designed our custom pool. We went with an pool, reef pad and oversized spa and with two weeping walls with a quartz plaster bottom finish (I highly recommend) We added an exterior acid wash to the concrete finish and WOW! If I had to build a pool again I would call Mark 100%

Words cannot begin to describe our satisfaction with our Aloha Pool! Mark is a taskmaster - a friendly, organized, and experienced contractor who worked directly with us to design and build our beautiful custom pool, as well as install hardscape. Construction projects like ours would've costed more with other pool builders. We knew we wanted a local company, with a strong work ethic.

Mark is a great communicator who always answered calls, emails, and texts. His crew was on time, and completing each step with incredible efficiency. The timing of the project was on point, and done to our specifications. We are more than elated by the end result which is better than we imagined! Aloha Pools & Design - the best experience ever, Mark is very honest, reliable, easy to work with and a man of his word. The entire process from listening to our ideas, to his design, to developing the timeline was very smooth.
