Aiken Swimming Pool

SEVERE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Aiken Pools put in our pool 14 years ago and have enjoyed it all these years until recently. We were having a leak situation and needed a new liner Called Aiken Pools in the beginning of April for an estimate on the repairs. It took 2 weeks for them to call to set up an appointment for the following week. Their service person came out, surveyed the pool and promised to email an estimate.

Still waiting for the estimate 4 weeks later and have the understanding they do not want our business. Update: Still haven't received an estimate from Aiken Pool. Pool should be done in 3 weeks by another company of course.

Unfortunately Aiken Swimming Pool never call you back. Reached out multiple times and never heard anything back. Really disappointing. Definitely wanted to stay local and work with a Aiken Business but ended up working with BIG WAVE POOL & PATIO in Augusta. They did an awesome job and had my pool done in a week.

Pretty high price for a job that was somewhat adequate and a long wait on repair. Was told the wait was because it is the Summer. When else do you need a Swimming Pool business?

Great job installing the spa but they won't show us how it works. won't return phone calls. its bizarre. we're left to figure it out on our own. if you want to buy a spa be sure they tell you what they provide after they deliver and fill with water

They'll P!@@ off your HOA. Amateur tier professionals who will block you neighbors driveways, leave equipment and materials on their lawns damaging the property, and do all sorts of things that will give you bad standing with your neighbors and HOA. I would not hire them if they can't use a little effort to be more professional.

I called Aiken pools to to have someone come and Provide a estimate on installing a swimming pool we where looking to spend 32,000 grand or more on this project Larry called and set up a appointment for Wednesday 9/25/19 at 9:00 am he was a no show no phone call to say I be late or could we reschedule so I called his office then Larry called after 10:00 am to say to me I had to drop stuff off at another job and he actually told me that those people were more important than me because they've already paid well how can I pay anything when he's not even giving me a quote on a job I'm supposed to be a new customer this is ridiculous and this is a bad way of doing business specially when I was going to spend over $30,000 on this project I know a lot of people in Aiken County and I will definitely let everyone know that this pool company has bad business practices

Purchase the house a aiken in South Carolina with a swimming pool Built-in looking for pool services we found aiken pool company we hired them they were supposed to come once a week vacuum clean it add chemicals and charges $40 a week for services I installed the ring doorbells front and back of my house and watched the pool company come and not do anything added my chemicals to the pool and charged me for them I called the company to see if I can get some satisfaction I was hung up on many times finally got in touch with the owner of the company told him that the person cleaning my pool was not doing what they were supposed to do and I had it on video he yelled at me and told me that I changed a video and that his work or did 50 pools A-day and if she said that she vacuum my pool then she did I had to fire them with no results no apologies no I'll look into it it was their way or no way so it's no way

I have been calling Aiken Swimming Pool since before Thanksgiving and no one will return my calls, nor have they fulfilled their continued promises to come to the house. I have talked with the bookkeeper, the precious lady who works Monday, Thursday, and Friday who has put the order in to Billy at least twice (she is the only helpful person there), and Larry who promised to come and has never shown either.

I have left messages and no one will return my phone calls. Our new ladder is rusting, again. The steps are yellow, the pool light doesn't work and our pool is only a year and a half old. My next step is to call the Better Business Bureau and file a formal complaint. I would not recommend any company who doesn't stand behind their product and avoids service calls still under warranty.

Our salt system needed the cell replaced. We were quoted the price of $235.00 for the part by the technician plus the service call, which we knew would either be $95.00 if single service provider or $110.00 with helper. Our final bill was $433.95. The technician misquoted the price of the part by $65.00, and since there was a helper, the service charge was $110.00 for 10 minutes work for one person (no helper needed but we paid for it.) When we inquired as to the discrepancy in the price, and ultimately voiced our displeasure, we were hung up on.

This is poor customer service and we will be looking elsewhere in the future. We based our decision to replace the part on the price quoted, and might have made a different decision had we known the real price. We also waited 6 days for the technician to come check out the problem. I would suggest finding a different pool company than this one.

Completed form online TWICE to get information and no answer. I had to call and asked whey they don't answer but the woman said the owner would call the next day. He called a few days later promising to call the following week to talk about my project. After two weeks, still no calls, even when I asked him to make sure he would call me back. I am not interested in dealing with a company like this one!

My 80 year old grandma has been a customer of Aiken Swimming Pool for over 35 years Ronnie Hines, the owner, put her pool in before I was even born. Last year there a bad storm and glass from a patio table fell in the pool. They were supposed to come last year and get the glass and close the pool. They never came. They eventually told my grandmother that they no longer service her area. She has finally found help and this pool company says that it is now the worst pool he's ever seen. I believe that is just awful.

I have loved every minute of working with this company. Mr. Hines is so nice and made sure we had exactly what we needed. I have a beautiful pool and we have loved every minute of it this summer. The slightest problem they take care of right away. They took over this job from a crooked pool contractor that reamed us for money and basically did nothing for a year. They fixed his mistakes and built this beautiful pool in a month. So be careful and do your homework when hiring. I would highly recommend this company.

Will avoid coming here in the future. No prices listed, need to ask an associate for all prices. Husband went there the other day seeking guidance on what to buy, but received no such help. Today I went to return something that was not used, and was accused of bringing back something old, even with the receipt. Do not recommend going here for your pool needs.

Billy & his team did an Amazing job on our pool. Great to work with. Very knowledgeable & informative. Everyone who had a hand in the installation was very professional & courteous. They worked with our specifications for the patio, etc. Lots of choices. Reliable! Reasonably priced. Wonderful Customer Service. They team that installed our stone coping was OUTSTANDING, to say the least! My husband & I are so very pleased!
