AAA Pool Supply

Jason/Justin came to our home for the pool school on Saturday 6/18/22. He was very attentive to our needs. He took his time explaining everything in detail. We repeated some of our questions to make sure we had the instructions down pack, but he didn't mind. Lol He was extremely kind. We promised to give him an evaluation but we forgot. Justin/Jason was extremely helpful.

I'm sorry I could not remember if his name was Justin or Jason, but either way he deserved excellent credit. This man should get a raise. Lol Hi is very knowledgeable and knows his pool. Thank you so much for taking your time with us. The Davis family

Amazing. These people are absolutely the most polite and wonderful people to work with in a pool store. They have the coolest water testing stuff and will talk to you about any questions you have. They are awesome!

Management, you need to promote Courtney. She goes above and beyond with Customer Service. While waiting on the testing of our pool water, she played a little soccer with my sons. Later, as I was headed out the door, some of the ladies upfront insisted that you were out of a certain product. I didn't know any better; I was just the courier acting on behalf of my better half. Courtney swooped in like a phoenix and let them know some product had in fact been earmarked for us. What a timesaver. Invest in her leadership training. She's going to go far!

The service is really good Bernad really did a great job for cleaning my swimming pool and Justin did a excellent job to change the motor and Filter highly recommend whenever I call them Linda help from the service department and also Patric from service department did a great job he help to get things fix at a good deal the whole staff is really great good at thei work I will highly recommend AAA Pool service

AWFUL service and the young employees need more training. I had to find out the hard way. BEWARE their workmanship does not last long bc they installed our liner and it's already tearing up after a couple of months, and they never come out when service was requested. They go on there time not scheduled time. Most of the employees who all work there act like they have a stick up there @$$. I drive to Leslie's pool supply they are well educated and knowledgeable with great prices! Leslie pool is better quality and services.

I've tried for years to work with AAA. It took months to complete a liner replacement because of the inexperience of the chosen contractor who couldn't figure out how to wire a lighting system, who then admitted they were not electricians. After months of asking and two more technicians AAA finally sent a certified electrician who had the problem fixed in 30 minutes.

Now the pump I was sold 2.5 years ago needs to be rebuilt, but parts are no longer available, anywhere. Because the company refuses to sell parts in the US. Go figure! I'm not sure if they still sell FLUIDRA pumps, but they don't have parts. Meaning I need a new pump after only 2.5 years! They could have driven me to a Hayward but the lesser quality pump was cheaper at $750 so we did that. DON'T. Maybe I can find a Hayward pump somewhere at a fair price?

Clean and convenient location. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Always have everything I need for the pool. Best prices on chlorine, meh prices on the rest, but they're always great and always have what you need. My only place for pool supplies

Asked them to come out for an estimated quote to take care of our pool no one got back to us for the past month. We went elsewhere.
