If you find yourself in the market for a new pool you will most likely be doing some online research. Not only pool installation companies like us but also the brands of the actual pools that the company will be installing. We put together this article to help you understand Radiant Pools better and why they are considered one of the best.
Built with a Steel Sub-Structure their tubs are built with the highest strength to weight ratio of any building material available. Steel is dimensionally stable, not like wood. The exterior of the spa won't get damaged over time due to expansion from moisture. Find a new level of peace with the relaxing ambient light of Vita Spas AquaGlo technology.
Buying a hot tub is an investment. Everyone has a different reason for why they want to bring one home. It's an investment in your mental health and physical well being regardless. While there are certainly many manufacturers of spas, Vita Spas are built specifically with massage and hydrotherapy in mind.
If you find yourself in the market for a new hot tub, you will definitely hear the name American Whirlpool along the way. They are one of the most well-known spa brands in the country and one we are proud to offer here at 21st Century Pools. While you may have possibly heard the name, you still may not know an awful lot about American Whirlpool as a company.

Not happy with the guy at big e very rude. Was interested in one but he was very dismissive. Glad there are other hot tub spots. Remember don't judge a book by its cover.

Had an old inground pool with no shallow end, 9 ft deep[1970's]. it was always cold even with a heater. no place to just stand and enjoy the pool. everyone suggested start over with new pool. However, i stopped by 21 st century pools and Brian came up with a great idea! he back filled the and came up with a custom liner! we can still swim but at 5 ft we can stand around and enjoy it. when no one was willing Brian came through! appreciate him and his team

Covid 19 is not the time to buy a pool. I bought a 24' Radiant pool in March. Because of the lock down everyone is now trying to buy a pool. The crew finally showed up on June 23rd. Everything was going fine until they went to install the coping and the liner. Due to no fault of 21st pool, Radiant pools which are made in Binghamton New York Packaged coping for a 21 foot pool and I have a 24 foot pool.

Between the time it took to get the correct coping just over a week and my schedule They were not able to return until July 11th. Then at 8 am that day Cappones pool water canceled my delivery of two trucks because they said, and I quote " it is not worth us going there". So we had to find another water company. DO NOT do business with Cappones. They are completely unreliable.

We found Clarks Pool water in Barre Ma. Fantastic company. Cappones charges $450.00 for six thousand gallons. Clarks charges $450.00 for 9000 gallons. And they are the largest pool water company in the state. So on July 23rd I finally had my pool. There were a couple of hick ups but Dominic The salesman at 21st personally took care of the issues. Jim their service technician is fantastic and will go the extra mile. Communication is the key. This is a pool that will out last me.

Had a problem with our hot tub. The top side panel was not displaying digits clearly and tub would not run at all. Called service department around noon. They informed me that it could be bad top side control panel. They said that they would send someone out and if they cannot get the tub running that day they they would have to winterize it for us to prevent damage. Brian and another technician arrived at my house early afternoon! They replaced the topside control panel which is covered under our warranty. I am glad we purchased our tub from a local dealer. Quick service and knowledgeable.

Where do I start?! I called Brian late on a Sunday afternoon (a day he isn't even open) with a pool emergency, he walked me through it, got me my part within 24 hours, and had it installed before our party the following Friday! We could not thank him enough! He literally saved our daughters graduation party! During these trying times it has been so nice to see such professionalism, and customer service it is so appreciated! I will never buy another thing from another pool company, Brian is top notch! Thank you Century Pools for coming to the rescue!

Despite all of the negativity I have found in the reviews, I just spoke to Brian, the new owner, and found the conversation to be pleasant, Brian was willing to work with us, and we came to a solution for a challenge we were facing, in terms of delivery of our hot tub we purchased at the Big E. I will update, as we look forward to the delivery next Friday. Ownership change seems to be turning this company around so far.

Listen to all of the other 1 star reviews here on google. Do not do business with these people. They use unscrupulous tactics. I called inquiring about service on my hot tub over two years ago. I was told they would call me before sending anyone out to service the tub. I never received a call. They said a technician came to my house to diagnose it and charged me a bill.

I wasn't present and the power to the hot tub was disabled making it impossible to diagnose. I had also already sold the tub before they came out as I decided not to repair it and go new. Fast forward 2 years and they reported me to collections because I disputed this invalid charge. Now my credit has been impacted for a $100 invalid bill. I am now paying just to move on. Look elsewhere! You have been warned.

I would not recommend Century 21 pools! We recently purchased a 24'round Omega splash pool. the first pool my husband took the day off to be home for set up. We were replacing a pool that our deck was built around, they came set up the pool very tight to deck, but there was a manufacturer defect so it had to come down, it took over month to get another pool.

Since they knew where we wanted the pool my husband did not take another day to supervise. big mistake! The pool is over a foot away from the deck making it very unsafe, and it was leaking from the hoses. As a daughter of a father who had his own business, as well as many family members who are contractors, I have a certain standard I hold people to, one is site cleanliness!

The garbage that was left in my yard from this pool set up was aweful. I've never had any appliance or furniture delivery or any contracted work done that garbage was left behind! The owners manual to the pool and filter was amongst the litter, when they came back to repair the leak. the empty Teflon tape container was left behind, just thrown on the ground! So not only did we have to add a railing to our deck, which was intended to be tight to the pool but I had a huge mess to clean up after!

I bought a hot tub from 21st Century Pool and Spa whom had a section at the Big E. The sales person Frank seem sincere and professional during the sale. However, once he got the sale and it closed, they treated me like "it is what it is" situation. They promised on the contract it will be delivered in 2 weeks and it came in 6 weeks (no reason as to why) Then they left the hot tub under my deck without a cover which water got in and ruined my hot tub.

I called them 3x to fix the hot tub which is all under the service contract and they refused until I paid them $400 which I admitted I owed. The service manager Dave Whiting is complete prude and cold person. I will NOT recommend them to anyone. Worst $7k I've ever spent.
